EDIL QUATTRO CONSTRUCTION is currently seeking a candidate for filling the position of Cost Engineer.
Responsibilities:
----------------------------------
- Perform a variety of cost engineering functions encompassing estimating, cost control, budget preparations, forecasting, cost reporting under limited supervision.
- To perform and ensure an effective cost control function for ongoing projects.
- Ability to interpret contract, estimating and forecasting.
- Maintain cost control database.
- Review proposed schedule changes with construction personnel, client and contractors.
- Support Project Manager on adhoc assignment.
Requirements:
----------------------------------
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project cost control, forecasting, commercial management of engineering, and construction works. ( experience in road works would be an asset)
- A very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD .
- Very good knowledge of Italian and English languages
- Good team player, self driven and good in number.
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to travel within Albania and work in extended working hours.
- Driving License.
