Main Responsibilities
• To continuously improve applications that promote analysis, interpretation and sharing of information of knowledge
• Update and manage the balanced and personal scorecards
• Coordinate the strategic initiatives
• Contribution to planning and budgeting
Knowledge
• Economic Faculty degree. MBA is preferable
• Excellent English speaking. Macedonian and Albanian language is optional
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Good knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project;
• Knowledge of Balanced Scorecard is highly preferable
Skills
• 5+ years’ experience in larger small or medium sized company or organization
• Problem solving and communication skills
• Consultative and selling skills;
• Able to manage relationships with business and support units
• Skills for analytics, evaluation and project management are welcomed

• Willingness to work under pressure and tight schedules;
• Self-confidence and ability to work under minimum supervision;
