Office Assistant

Responsibilities

The office manager will assist and support in developing and implementing office policies and procedures for optimal organization effectiveness and efficiency. Essentially, is responsible to ensure the daily operations of the office to run smoothly.
·Assist in Procedures and policies identification and development needed for the office activity.
·Implement and follow up policies and procedures. Feedback on their continual improvement.
·Assist Managers /support project implementation
·Manage daily tasks and find solutions when needed.
·Maintain office records, human resources records and archive files
·Supervising administrative support staff
·Handling partners, clients contacts by mail phone etc.
·Clerk, receptionist and secretary works
·Office supplying and overseeing office cleaning

Skills required
·University degree
·Related experience is preferred
·Good command of English language and Microsoft office package
·Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills
·Effective Organizing and problem solving skills
·Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
·Effective written communication skills
