A vacancy has arisen in the Tdh Mission in Albania for Capacity Development Coordinator on Child Protection Issues at Tirana office.

[FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]The [/FONT][FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Capacity Development Coordinator[/FONT][FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif], based in Tirana, will be[/FONT] [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]responsible for[/FONT][FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif] developing, overseeing and implementing the capacity building strategies for Child Protection Workers and other child welfare stakeholders, in the frame of the Tdh project to Develop a Child Protection Safety Net in Albania.[/FONT]

[FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Main [/FONT][FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]responsibilities will include but not limited to the following[/FONT][FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]:[/FONT]

  • [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Develop the training curriculum for Child Protection Workers in partnership with local and international stakeholders[/FONT]
  • [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Oversee and implement capacity development plans for Child Protection Workers and other child protection actors, based on needs assessment [/FONT]
  • [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Provide ongoing technical support to Child Protection Workers and related partners on any issue related to Child Protection[/FONT]

[FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:[/FONT]

  • [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]University degree in social sciences[/FONT]
  • [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Required expertise on child protection issues, social service delivery and direct services to children[/FONT]
  • [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Proven experience in conducting trainings on child protection relateted issues[/FONT]
  • [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Good knowledge of training and facilitation methodologies[/FONT]
  • [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Fluent speaking and writing of Albanian and English[/FONT]
  • [FONT=Gill Sans MT, sans-serif]Very good team player and strong leadership skills necessary[/FONT]
