PROCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST


Main job accountabilities
  • Deal with tactical, day to day aspects of analyzing, validating the needs of the business as well as the current processes that are in use.
  • Establish process related policies, procedures, forms, work instructions and methodologies
  • Analyze, update and review all the business processes in accordance with Group PRM (Process Reference Model)
  • Ensure changes to process environment are carried out and continuous reviews to align process with changing business conditions.
  • Align processes with goals and objectives and ensure compliance with Group standards.
  • Ensure standardization on process definitions, notations and communication.
  • Ensure coordination between IT and process owners
  • Maintain repository to keep corporate documentations, update continuously corporate database and provide quarterly statistical reports based on review and approval cycle
  • Adopt a process ownership culture
  • Drive the process: Take cross-functional stakeholders input and ensure all views are reflected and contribute into process improvement
  • Build relationship between business functions to achieve the best possible results.
  • Deliver both new and updated policy, procedures, forms and standards
Profile Requirements
  • University degree in Business Management, Telecommunications or related fields.
  • Ability to solve problems , think analytic and learn new skills
  • Must understand telecom business
  • Ability to have holistic view of processes
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Strong business knowledge
  • Creative and innovative thinking
