Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCES CLERK

Regency Casino Tirana, the only licensed live-game Casino in Albania and one of the biggest international companies operating in Tirana is looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES CLERK

An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to join and to make a valuable contribution to our business.

Key responsibilities will include:

1.To handle and direct employee enquiries.
2.To arrange for appointments and interviews.
3.Prepares and distributes employment announcements, supplemental questionnaires, and other employment related documents;
4.Inputs and prepares reports for each recruitment; prepares eligible lists and notices to candidates regarding examination processes and results; schedules testing and monitors examinations
5.Answers employment inquiries on the phone and in person; distributes new and updated classification specifications;
6.Maintains documentation, records, and reports for recruitment, testing, and classification, and completes salary survey forms.
7.Processes centralized and decentralized promotions and reduction actions.
8.Identifies and documents job duties and requirements and their relative importance; uses data to develop training materials and methods, determines compensation, develops job titles and descriptions and application materials.


The applicant must at a minimum meet the following criteria


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Human Resources Management), (Business Administration) or related fields.
  • Two years of relevant experience in the field
  • Excellent Skills in both written and spoken English
