[FONT=&quot]The USAID/Abt Associates, Inc. Enabling Equitable Health Reform project is recruiting host country nationals for several positions based in Tirana for a five-year project. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]The USAID EEHR project focuses on supporting the Government of Albania to modernize the Albanian Health System. The project is committed to effective program monitoring, the use of data for decision making, evaluating results and effective utilization of financial management systems. The positions will be open in November 2010.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Driver[/FONT]

· [FONT=&quot]Drives office vehicles, in a safe and careful manner, for the transport of authorized personnel and delivery and collection of mail, documents and other items.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checks fuel, oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, front/rear lights, etc, performs minor repairs and arranges for other repairs and ensures that the vehicle is kept clean and mission ready.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Transports authorized personnel and visiting consultants to/from airport.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Drives office vehicles to regional sites as needed.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Provide limited support to office procurements and logistics as needed.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Monthly salary will be applied based on candidate qualifications. [/FONT]
Minimum Qualifications: The position requires safe driving record and excellent references. Experience working as a driver for a donor project preferred.
