JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
Reports to: TBD
Functionnal Report: Supply Chain Manager CH
Fundamental Purpose:
Perform day to day Supply Chain activities including: Order Management & Follow-up, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Import / Export Regulation, and Reverse Logistics.
Key Accountabilities:
This position will have a transverse function and must be able to understand a whole supply chain process, from customer order entry to final shipment.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
§ Facilitate import process and act as a liaison with the Local Customs, the Forwarder, the Supplier and SS
§ Organize the kitting and shipment of equipment to the various sites in the country
§ Follow-up shipping of goods until its delivery, providing statuses and raising flags in case of issues
§ Order Management from processing customer inquiries and quotes to routing shipments and selecting carriers
§ Generation of all documents related to shipments
o Invoices or Proforma Invoices
o Packing lists
o Dangerous Good Notice
o Local logistics documents
o Export/import documents
§ Comply with internal business rules and procedures as well as import / export requirements
§ Compile and communicate consumable monthly forecast
§ Perform Reverse Logistics for defective, excess, and MRO products
§ Optimize Delivery processes & costs
