Job Title: Production Leader

Department: Coding Operations

Reports to: CSO Manager

Job Summary: Coordinates and manages all the operations in PCC including workforce, production, planning, inventory management, quality control, order and delivery management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and maintains production planning according to the market requirement.
  • Manages workforce and operator shifts according to the production plan.
  • Controls and manages the inventory for all kinds of material including production, packaging, spare part and others.
  • Manages quality control inline with the defined procedures and makes sure that bad quality product is not delivered to the customers.
  • Ensures work safety required within the facility and that all staff using necessary protections according to the regulations and instructions defined.
  • Ensures that all the machines are well maintained according to the instructions and working properly.
  • Moderates all software applications used within the facility.
  • Liaise with customers for order & delivery management and ensures that ordering and delivery of end items are secured according to the instructions.
  • Ensures that the whole facility with material coming in/out operations is secured.
  • Makes sure that all the staff working has necessary qualifications and training required to do their job.
  • Prepares and presents necessary reports monitoring production, consumption, sales, performance, etc. periodically.

Consults with: Upper management, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Suppliers, Customers and Legal Authorities.

Qualifications: Engineer degree with relevant experience of minimum 3 years.
