Position Description
Position: Equipment Maintenance Team Leader
Department: Equipment Maintenance
Reports to: Equipment Maintenance Manager
Primary Responsibility:
Plan and coordinate a team of service technicians in providing customer support and maintenance.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
§ Coordinate and support deployment of SS solutions and systems.
§ Coordinate and support Service Technicians in providing support according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) to customer.
§ Perform analysis on SS systems and provide documented reports whenever is needed.
§ Perform corrective actions on company’s products.
§ Work closely with the design engineers for design analyses, build and modifications.
§ Investigate and resolve mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems.
§ Provide analysis and reports to management.
§ Adjust, calibrate, align and modify circuitry and components and record effects and impact on them.
§ Check and evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.
Experience & Skills Required:
§ Must be customer oriented.
§ Proficient in local dialect, English and local language - spoken and written (mandatory).
§ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
§ Knowledge and skills of managing people.
§ Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
§ Knowledge in standard practices, materials, tools, and test equipments used in electrical and mechanical instrumentation.
§ Knowledge and skills in computer hardware and software (industrial computing, network, PLC programming) - PLC: Programmable Logic Controller.
§ Knowledge in problem report writings and presentations.
§ Able to analyse and provide solutions to electrical control circuits.
Personal Profile:
§ Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Bac +4/5.
§ 4 - 5 years relevant experience or equivalent (ex. Like Siemens, Schneider, Schindler or Toshiba, industrial Inkjet printing, modern printing house, on-call service experience…)
§ Knowledge of analysing, interpreting and designing electrical/electronic/mechanical drawing.
§ Good analytical skills in electrical and mechanical systems and equipments.
§ Capable of using and caring for electrical and mechanical tools, and test equipment
§ Capable of working under tight time pressure and directly with customers.
§ Must be customer oriented.
§ Good initiative and ability to overcome obstacles.
§ Good teamwork spirits and team player.
