Direct Channel Account Manager
The individual will be responsible to monitor operations of Vodafone shops and corners, ensure their effective performance in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Main job accountabilities
§ Achieve Vodafone Shops and corners' quantitative and qualitative targets.
§ Improve customer experience, promote & develop customer satisfaction practices through Vodafone shops.
§ Monitor regional markets for internal (POS of Vodafone Albania products) and external competition (Vodafone Albania competitors).
§ Provide qualitative feedback on customer behaviour as requested by the supervisor.
§ Submit Vodafone shop evaluation report after each visit.
§ Monitor Vodafone shops sales reps performance, provide feedback, propose corrective actions and give on the job training on selling skills.
§ Ensure that Vodafone shops representatives are well trained and updated on new offers, products and services.
§ Ensure and control the application of all company’ s policies and procedures by all employees
§ Cooperate with Vodafone Albania franchises in order to ensure the normal operations of the shops.
§ Supervise and ensure the correct image of the point-of-sale displays in consumer premises.
Profile Requirements
§ University degree
§ Strong sales skills
§ Very good communication skills
§ Driving licence
§ Excellent knowledge of company products/services and procedures
§ Problem solving capability
§ Good knowledge of mobile telephony and IT marketplace
§ A very good command of written and spoken English is essential.
