Project Title: Delivering and Enabling the Environment for Regional Capacity Development Products in the Water Sector in Albania
Location: Tirana, Albania
Type of Contract: Individual Contract (IC)
Duration of Assignment: up to a maximum 16 working days over a duration of approx. 2.5 months
The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB) has received financing for a Grant titled “Delivering and Enabling the Environment for Regional Capacity Development Products in the Water Sector in Albania” in the frame of the project Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation services in SEE.
In the framework of the Joint Advocacy Strategy with the Albanian Association of Municipalities (AAM), the Association for Local Autonomy (ALA), SHUKALB intends to apply part of the proceeds for the services of a local advocacy expert to develop a Position Paper on the topic of “Establishing a Regulatory Framework for Asset Management (AM) – for Municipalities”, and in the process support and moderate the stakeholder dialogue meetings to be organized. Under this assignment, the local expert will be contracted for the period from 24 September, 2021 and will complete the assignment 30 November, 2021, and the level of effort is estimated to be up to 16 working-days. More details about the required services are found in the Terms of Reference ToR document.
The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania now invites eligible experts, qualified individual consultants, to indicate their interest in undertaking this assignment. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services, and must submit an Expression of Interest, along with the detailed consultant’ CV, and a Financial Proposal (specifying the consultant daily fee in euro for the tasks specified in the ToR Document), to the below contacts.
