This position is responsible for financial activity performing duties personally or through subordinates.
Main Duties:
- Prepare general financial statements and analytical reports.
- Prepare monthly /quarterly / annual financial report.
- Examine and analyze accounting records to determine financial status of the company.
- Custom calculation & reconciliation in order to manage custom operations.
- Supervise statutory annual audit, quarterly review and tax return filing.
- Communicate with tax authorities, external auditors, and lawyers for financial issues.
- Upload local financial data to the consolidation system of the International Group on a monthly basis.
- Prepare the quarterly / annual / budged formats according to the headquarters requirements.
- The candidate must be graduated in Accounting. Master degree is an advantage.
- Good legal knowledge relating to this job position (IFRS, TAX issues).
- Experience in using Alpha Web, Alpha Business, spreadsheet and/or data base programs.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, takes decisions on efficient way.
- Must be detail oriented, with excellent verbal and written skills in English and Albanian language (any additional language is an advantage).
- At least 3 years work experience as senior Accountant in an international trading company.
