In order to continue delivering a 5 star experience to our guests we are looking for a Reservations Specialist to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing


  • Process reservations by mail, telephone, fax or central reservation systems referral.
  • Process reservations from the Sales Department, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
  • Know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
  • Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
  • Know the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.
  • Determine room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel.
  • Communicate reservation information to the Front Desk.
  • Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
  • Help develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
  • Handle daily correspondence. Respond to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.

What You Should Bring Along

  • 2+ years of previous hotel-related experience.
  • Fluent in business written and spoken English language is mandatory. Any additional language is an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, in a structured way.
  • Excellent communication skills.
