Job Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Commercial and Staff Manager to add value to the growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. The commercial director is a leadership position and is responsible for the commercial activities of an organization. They play an integral role in areas such as product development, pricing policy and the development of ‘go to market’ strategies and will intimately understand the markets in which their company operates.

Duties and Responsibility:

  • [FONT=&quot]Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepare accurate reports for upper management[/FONT]

Qualifications and Skills
[/FONT][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Proven experience as commercial and staff management or other relevant role[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent organizational and leadership skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Perfect knowledge of English (written and spoken).[/FONT]
