Inside Sales – International Transport (m/f)

Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working in a fast-paced, motivated environment and you’ll be a key player in helping our team to establish and maintain our exceptional relationships with our customers.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new customers
• Market research by phone and e-mail to increase our customer base
• Maintain the relationships with existing clients
• After sales services
• Occasional handling of claims
• Internal cooperation with our Transport Managers

Your Profile:
You have a “SALES personality”. You find the right words in friendly, but sometimes also tough negotiations with customers in addition to having the following:

• University degree and/or experience in Sales
• A pleasant personality for phone sales
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and / or any other EU language is an advantage
• You are flexible and able to cope in challenging situations
