Marina Casino part of Marina Bay Luxury & Resort is looking for enthusiastic people that want to join our international team. We are looking for the position as stated bellow:
SLOT ATTENDANTS
Responsibilities:
· Assisting customers in any requests they have
· Taking care and maintain the slot machine area
· Knowledge for the slot machine games
· Reporting any issue related to the slot machines
· Reporting complaints from customers to management
Requirements:
· Experience in tourism sector will be an advantage
· High school diploma or higher
· Knowledge of English language is a must
· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
· Team player and ready to assist anytime
· Knowledge of the slot machines is great advantage
· Customer service oriented personalities have great advantage
· Training in customer service is an asset
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work flexible hours, holidays and weekends.
