Marina Casino part of Marina Bay Luxury & Resort is looking for enthusiastic people that want to join our international team. We are looking for the position as stated bellow:

Responsibilities:

· Welcome guests to the casino and make a stunning first impression
· Escort or guide the guests as per their affinities for playing (tables or slot machines)
· Maintain friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the host desk at all times
· Pay extra attention to VIP guests needs and demands
· Coordinate with casino staff for special requirements or needs of the guests
· Answer incoming calls, manage the inquires, and inform the management
· Register all the new customers that enter the casino and check all the other customers

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a hostess or receptionist
· High school diploma or higher
· Knowledge of English language is a must (other foreign languages will be an advantage)
· Positive attitude and excellent communicational skills
· Team player and ready to assist anytime
· Knowledge of the slot machines or table games is great advantage
· Relevant customer service training certificates will be an advantage
