Medical Distribution sh.p.k., is a leader company in the Albanian market for the distribution of medical equipment, devices, consumables and parapharmaceuticals. With extensive knowledge of the market and with many years of experience, Medical Distribution is currently looking to strengthen its capacities in marketing.

We are seeking to recruit a: Marketing Senior Specialist

Your main responsibilities will consist in:

• Responsible for marketing yearly planning and activities
• Prepares annual budget for marketing
• Identify trend that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
• Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Create strong relationships with key customers to ensure a high costumer- service standards.
• Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
• Assist in the development and implementation of the Digital Marketing Strategy;
• Responsible for Upload and Maintenance of ONLINE, for all activities and social networks;
• Responsible for planning special promotions, advertising, and event marketing.
• Collaborates with the product manager to orient the marketing strategy to increase the presence of the product in the market;
• Good communication skill and willingness to travel
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Other duties as required by the Management;

Requirements:

• University degree (Marketing Studies is preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in related positions (medical reps are preferred)

• Very good interpersonal and communication skills, influence and conflict resolution

• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies

• Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• A valid driver’s license class B
• Very good command of English Language
