HPS Albania is a company in the field of promotion of medicines and food supplements. We are looking for a young and dynamic individual, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
This individual will be responsible for the promotion of pharmaceutical products in the area of Tirana and for several cities.
The person must be a resident in Tirana. Previous experiences are an advantage which will be appreciated during the interview.
Duties and responsibilities:
Frequent meetings with Doctors, Pharmacists or other employees of the Health system in order to encourage the use of company products.
2. Presentation of company products in individual or group meetings with customers. Informing customers about the values that products have and how to use them.
3. Collecting data on competitors while working in the field.
4. Compilation of reports to reflect the situation in its areas, about customers, competitors or other valuable data.
5. Achieving certain objectives for sales of the company's products. Make a monthly work plan based on company priorities and customer needs.
6. Be able to measure the progress of work against set objectives.
7. Personal growth and development to meet the necessary requirements for the respective role. To know fluently the products of the company and to be able for an effective communication to the customers.
8. Be fluent in English and computer.
9. Have a class B license.
Working conditions are in line with the standards of the Albanian Labor Code.
