Major responsibilities:
Personal Banker with loan concentration is responsible for:
- Assisting the customer to use all products and services the Bank offers for business customers;
- Generating new sales and increasing the volume of lending portfolio for business and individual customers;
- Preparing the loan application and financial analysis;
- Ensure high quality customer service in efficiency, effectiveness and customer care;
- Review loan applications, prepare loan proposals and submit for approval to the respective body;
- Prepare various reports for the state of the loans or required by the head office.
Requirements for this position are:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing;
- Preferably 2-3 years banking experience;
- The candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, good teamwork, strong presentation skills, be a fast learner and able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment;
- Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
