SALES MANAGER - (Tirana)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizing the sales activities of the company. Looking for new customers, new suppliers, market research, create active and long-term relationships with customers; Online Marketing for our products, consulting customers, and providing information about our products. Preparing research, agendas, and meetings for the Administrator of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
The high degree of freedom, autonomy, and responsibility; Possibility for career and personal development within the company; Working with international standards; Attractive remuneration corresponding to the position. Training program and the Possibility to work with the top executives of the company.
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Very Competitive.
NOTE: The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

- Willingness and motivation for continuous learning and improvement;
- University degree;
- Experience in sales/management etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Digital design skills and social media marketing experience are an advantage;
- Very good ENGLISH, both written and spoken. Another language will be also a plus.
- MS Office
