Our "automated aggregation algorithm" connects to 25k+ websites and monitors the data 24 x 7. The International showtimes team consists of 15+ smart, motivated and friendly people. We work in a remote structure with offices in Berlin and Tirana and we are looking for you to support us with our next phase of growth in 2021.
Job description
As a developer, you will have many exciting responsibilities. Your main task is to aggregate entertainment data from the web with our in-house build framework. The framework is built in Node.js and is capable of covering all sorts of different layouts of entertainment-related websites and has a number of hooks to go even beyond. Besides the work of aggregating entertainment data, you will work on your own exciting projects around front-end development and process improvements as well as automation.

You're offering these qualifications:
- You have completed your studies in computer since or in a related field
- You are familiar with JavaScript and/or TypeScript and you have some experience with these languages
- You are familiar with some of the following technologies and libraries: regular expressions, CSS, HTML, jQuery, cheerio.js, JSON parsing/format, moment.js, Node.js, underscore and asynchronous programming
- You have some basic knowledge about git version control system, working with it at least in personal projects
- You have a good command of English
- You are friendly and open-minded
- You are not scared of problems, you rather like to solve them with your unique approach
- You are professional and reliable
