The person entered will be considered our agent of change and will oversee the comprehensive progress monitoring, through a strategic leadership.He/she involve in communication process status, process standard and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to operations and support teams/functions.

We are currently looking for a PROJECT CHANGE MANAGER, who will work at our Albanian office.
The person entered will be considered our agent of change and will oversee the comprehensive progress monitoring, through a strategic leadership.He/she involve in communication process status, process standard and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to operations and support teams/functions.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Investigating, identifying, launching and managing innovative pilot projects with our suppliers, start-ups and other stakeholders to gather business requirements, leading the design of new or improved process of moderate complexity and understand business/customer impact
- Manage and schedule all the phasis of each project, in full compliance with the contractual terms, keeping under control the progress of planned activities.
- May lead low complexity program projects such a new services, campaigns, tools ecc
- Drives internal projects and implements proces changes in order to meet ongoing business objectives
- Analyze project result and define the necessary action plans
- Garantee respect of procedure and quality standards on the project
- Identifies process short- comings and works with other to improve or transform processes
- Organize the team and coordinate the assigned resources.
- Plan and track the time, cost, and budget estimates.
- Ensure the reporting requirements of the project
- Increase the added value of the project
- Develops method for supporting innovation and change across the Client Program
Key competencies and qualifications:
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) e Prince2
- Previous experience in the same role.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities with experience in conflict resolution
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
- Proficiency with related software tools (MS Project, NetSuite, SAP) including MS Excel
- Ability to solve problems creatively.
- English proficiency to a minimum of C1
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing and changing priorities.
