You will be responsible for:
· Contacting Technicians over the phone to introduce them to our company.
· Explaining the work we do and how the technician can become a member of our service network.
· Identifying potential leads through various methods of research.
· Interviewing, screening, and selecting applicants for technical positions.
· Creating profiles in account management system for hired applicants.
· Conducting a high volume of pre-screening calls and phone interviews.
· Complete all work as assigned on a daily basis; follow up as needed.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Ability to manage confidential information.
· Ability to work independently or with a team.
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
· Working knowledge of the tools of the trade; resume databases, sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
· Ability to touch type 35-40 WPM.
· Strong administrative, internet, and computer (MS Office suite, Outlook) skills.
· Strong phone skills. Must speak clearly; majority of the time is spent talking on a telephone.
· Strong written communication skills; must be able to convey information in an effective and efficient manner.
