QA Analyst!!!
We are seeking one QA person with some development skills - ideally, with a minimum of 5+ years experience in test case automation using nightwatch, js framework, writing test cases in node js or equivalent experience in selenium/web driver automation using java, java script, Python, C#, Ruby. Besides the technical skills listed below, the individual has to be passionate about technology, wanting to make a difference and be dedicated to quality. A big part of the job is to work on testing software on specific automatic retail (vending) hardware, so handling well repetitive tasks is a requirement.
You will be exposed to new technologies and projects and have a lot of opportunities to grow. Reporting to the QA Manager, the key responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties:
- Creates and/or executes test strategies and detailed test plans for simple to complex test assignments
- Creates and/or updates documentation
- Tests the hardware to ensure compatibility
- Coordinates test efforts on moderate to complex testing projects
- Estimates time requirements for assigned QA efforts
- Makes recommendations regarding testing workflow or QA system improvements
- Ensures software solutions meet user requirements and technical specifications for all assigned projects
- Assists in execution of manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests
- Designs and write automation test scripts
- Works collaboratively on group and team projects with offshore staff as required
- Provides support for internal and external customers when required, acts as second level support
Requirements:
Working experience in user-centric applications using:
- Node.js testing frameworks: Jasmine, Mocha, QUnit
- PHP (CodeIgniter)
- PostgreSQL
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong in programming test scripts
- Good English verbal, written and communication skills
Nice To Have
Experience with Javascript MVC frameworks (JavascriptMVC, CanJS, AngularJS)
Mobile testing/development experience (iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
