Forschner Albania is seeking to employ experienced candidates with engineering background;
for the position of Cutting Area Production Supervisor. located in Xhafzotaj, Durres.
Experience should be proven by work references and diplomas;
Duties and Responsibilities;
· Supervisor for the process of realization of the Cutting plan according to the production requirements;
· Control of Cutting Quality Standards according to the relevant documentation;
· Logistics: It is the contact point for receiving the weekly cutting plan and also the forecast for the following weeks (the cutting plan should be up to 4 weeks in advance);
· SOP, responsible for new cutting plans (machine configuration, quality control) in collaboration with Industrial Engineers and Quality department;
· Responsible for the maintenance of documentation dumped in the cutting area by the dept. of Quality and Industrial Engineers;
· Contact person for receiving engineering changes from the dept. of Industrial Engineers for implementation in the cutting plan;
· Responsible for scrap monitoring;
· Scrap analysis, causes, finding methods for reduction, completion of relevant documentation;
· Control of regulatory cards (comax) of corruption according to quality standards;
· Human Resources: Communication for staffing after obtaining approval from the production manager and / or director of recruitment;
· Follows disciplinary matters, absences, equipping with uniform, maintenance of the workplace by taking appropriate disciplinary measures to proposals for dismissals by formally communicating with the Human Resources department
· Annual leave approvals and additional compilation hours based on production demand within the working week;
· Implements company regulations, ethics of communication with colleagues, superiors and subordinate staff;
· Contribution to the implementation of ISO 9001 and IATF16949 standards;
Requirements (Education, Experience and Skills);
· Engineering degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school in engineering; Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
· Knowledge of the manufacturing process.
· Finding methods to increase productivity without compromising quality standards.
· Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Especially at least 1-3 years with specific experience in cable/harness manufacturing such as Cutting Machinery, US Welding, Crimping/Presses etc. experience will be considered.
· Preferred knowledge of ISO standards and documentation.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
· Ability to effectively present and communicate to internal organization and management.
A degree in electrical, mechanical or production engineering is normally necessary; project management, quality focus, analyzing information and reporting;
