DIMENSION is a consulting company, training and implementation in the field of strategic Human Resource Management with several years of experience of its staff in the Human Resources Management System.
For a successful investment company, DIMENSION is looking to recruit candidates for the vacant position:
MARKETING, PR and COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
- Overseeing marketing department.
- Researching demand for products and services and competitor.
- Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
- Identifying potential customers.
- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Developing and managing advertising and communications campaigns, including production of promotional or branded materials.
- Responsible for brand identity of the company.
- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
- Measures Marketing ROI and reports it to CEO
- Overseeing digital communications, websites, social media marketing strategy and content marketing of the company and other related companies and/or projects
- Design specific PR plans and assure its proper implementation
- Implements the CSR annual plan and assures proper communication of all the CSR activities.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, media tours, and major events.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Master’s degree is a plus
Work Experiences: Min 5 years experience in marketing
Skills:
- Possessing extensive knowledge of techniques and marketing concepts & acumen
- Knowledge of English (a second language is an advantage)
- Very good communication skills
- Very good computer skills design programs would be a plus
