| Mission | Support the company with core data for preparation of financial statements, ensuring the highest quality of accuracy for financial data and tax reporting. Become an expert in microlending market for adding value to decision making. |
| Outcomes | √ Within first 4 weeks of employment become well acquainted with √ Tax reporting √ Internal management reporting √ Maintenance suppliers and reconciliation of bank payments √ Full usage of accounting system functionalities √ Analysis of fixed assets reconciliation and depreciation |
