Real Estate Senior Specialist / Expert

Purpose of position:
Formulate all the data and information influenced by assets documentation, financial data & lease agreements (rent and lease);

Duties

  • Manage Albtelecom properties in Mortgages process like letters, applications, preparation of documentation etc.
  • Manage Albtelecom properties that are in the process of legalization, tracking all the steps till the end of the process;
  • Rent of Albtelecom facilities (follow-up contracts, act of handing over, receiving act etc.);
  • Continuously manage Debtors to settle the obligations of rented premises;
  • Manage all Albtelecom properties in RERO process like letters, applications, preparation of documentation etc.
  • Keep the data for every task that manage;

Skills

  • Planning and organizing skills with the ability to execute plans effectively;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Able and willing to work in team;
  • Willing to work under pressure;

Experience

  • At least three years’ experience in similar position;

Education

  • Bachelor Degree;
