Our company owns a variety of e-commerce properties including brick-and-mortar. We run multiple online ecommerce stores in the sporting, hunting, camping industry. We are fast growing and a well-established company of over 30 years.


The Job.
Looking for an eager Customer Service Representative to assist customers at all stages of a sale: query, promotion, order, confirmation, tracking, exchanges/returns, reviews. When you’re not performing customer service tasks you may be assisting our Sales reps, Marketing team, or Buying team. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of a retail industry.


Responsibilities.

  • Answer customer service queries via email, chat, phone and social media
  • Familiarize yourself with our catalogue of products and brands
  • Apply product knowledge to aid customers and recommend products
  • Assist customers at all stages of the sale
  • Work with store, warehouse and management teams to deliver products on time
  • Determine root cause of a complaint and suggest preventative solutions
  • Review website content and communicate issues to Merchandising team
  • Suggest ways to improve customer service offerings
  • Other tasks and projects as necessary



Qualifications.

  • Degree in linguistic
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English (French language is a bonus)
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations
  • Experience managing objections and deescalating difficult situations
  • Comfortable learning and troubleshooting new software
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
