A lynchpin of our Delivery workflow, the Project Manager ensures that we deliver timely, accurate data that drives the success of our clients. The Project Manager guides projects from the outset of the sales process to successful delivery to the client. A successful Project Manager will assist our sales team in landing projects, oversee the architecture and implementation of said projects, and routinely communicate with the client and fulfillment teams to ensure that expectations are met and that contracts are renewed.

Priority Tasks
- Oversee ongoing implementation of full service projects
- Facilitate communication between the client and implementation teams
- Work with solutions architects to provide feasibility estimates to the sales team
- Participate in project planning and routinely follow up on plans
- Perform Account health assessments to self-service clients
- Conduct QBP meetings with high value clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent professional written and oral English skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a data or tech related field (computer science, information systems, etc.)
- 2-5 years of IT experience with Project Management role
- Familiarity with Mozenda or Dexi software
- Experience in the implementation of software related projects and products
General Expectations
- 40-50 working hours each week, roughly 3/4 of which should be during “prime” hours (9 am-3 pm CET).
- Be willing to spend additional hours outside of standard hours to respond to slack messages, priority client emails, follow up with Delivery Managers/Sales Associates to ensure proper fulfillment of contracts, etc.
- Be willing to do whatever it takes to help Dexi grow, and meet and exceed all position objectives and expectations
- Be willing to adapt to changing circumstances, strategies, etc. to support the vision of the company and department management to meet and exceed growth targets
