The main role of the ATM Operation and Maintenance Specialist is to give first level support and follow up the technical issues related to the ATM service.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to monitor ATM performance, identification of the issues and follow up in order to minimize service interruptions
- Responsible for the reconciliation of card transactions and follow up of the differences with the respective departments in the bank,
- Follow up new developments and test new version of the applications.
Minimum qualification and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related Information Technology field.
- Good Knowledge of databases such as Oracle.
- Very good knowledge of English
- Team player
- Very good analytical skills
