We are looking for a Grant Manager to join who is experienced and enjoys driving multiple implementations in the for-profit and non-profit area, program design launches and continuous process improvement related benefit projects simultaneously. Candidates with project and analytical experience who can thrive while managing through ambiguity and working with an international team will be a great fit for this position.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

Supporting the management of for-profit and non-profit grant portfolio.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Financial and administrative project management including budget monitoring and reporting to third-party funding providers (including UNICEF, UNDP, European Commission, OSFA, etc.)
- Researching and identifying suitable funding programs in the field of research, education, technology and development on a national and international level
- Identify and develop strategies to optimize the grants administration process
- Settlement of third-party funded projects in compliance with legal and contractual provisions (project budget control, creation of funds calls and usage lists)
- Identify Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Call for Grant Applications (CGAs) within relevant areas
- Support in applying for funding, administrative support in application processes and compiling the necessary documents
- Identify potential partner collaborations by researching and identifying organizations, societies, associations, and alike to find aligned goals based on project requirements
- Support project plans and timelines when needed, such as in planning, implementation, and ongoing support of programs
- Provide detailed reports to the funders and the board of directors with respect to the organization's progress
- Maintain records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all grant related activities
- Provide training to the new staff on grants management and reporting requirements
- Other ad hoc requests as needed

**CORE REQUIREMENTS**

- MSc degree preferably but not limited in Education/Social Science/Development/Economics;
- Minimum 3 years of grant writing and development experience.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in managing and supervising administrative projects
- Excellent oral and written Albanian and English language skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Strong command over written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Possess good knowledge of planning and strategizing financial and budgeting issues
- Ability to work within a team and provide support to the junior staff
- Ability to perform in cross-functional team approach and job responsibilities
- Experience with basic financial management skills including developing and monitoring budgets and financial reporting
- A multi-tasker with strong ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and produce quality results on time with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers with related knowledge of software programs and Internet
- Readiness to travel for projects’ related purposes
