**WHAT WE DO**

Akademi.al (https://akademi.al/), an online learning platform for everyone to learn, everywhere. We aim to educate every individual, mainly students, with our interactive methods, by bringing the school closer to you.
To encourage everyone, regardless of age, to learn at any time, wherever they are.

We are looking for Project Manager to join who is experienced and enjoys driving multiple implementations for-profit and non-profit area, program design launches and continuous process improvement related benefit projects simultaneously. Candidates with project and analytical experience who can thrive while managing through ambiguity and working with an international team will be a great fit for this position.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

Supporting the management of for-profit and non-profit ongoing and new projects.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Assists Program Manager in preparation of Project writing and activities
- Coordinates with target beneficiaries in implementation Project’s activities
- Implements Akademi.al (http://Akademi.al) and Akademi Foundation projects’ activities as well as any other new projects’ activities in the future
- Maintains accurate databases and statistics as regards the projects under implementation
- Supports preparing quarterly and ad hoc brief reports
- Prepares project related documents
- Assists the Program Manager with the collection of relevant information and statistics, in reporting and/or fundraising processes
- Participates in budget planning for future proposals, activities, events, etc.
- Other ad hoc requests as needed

**CORE REQUIREMENTS**

- MSc degree preferably but not limited in Education/Social Science/Development/Economics;
- Very Good oral and written Albanian and English language skills
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proven ability to prioritize projects and process multiple tasks as required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong command over written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills with experience in managing and supervising administrative projects
- Proficient in using computers with related knowledge of software programs and Internet
- Readiness to travel for projects’ related purposes
