• Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities for Business Development Specialist:

· Examine client’s business operations for issues, improvements, and new business opportunities
· Work with client’s staff to implement strategic business plans and action plans
· Assist with the implementation of plans and review them regularly
· Remain their point of contact for ongoing business reviews and improvements
· Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations
· Runs workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules
· Stays current with latest trends in business, evaluates competitors of the industry to pinpoint advantages or disadvantages in the current market, keeping paramount the clients’ interests

Qualifications for Business Development Specialist:

· Bachelor's or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field
· 2+ years’ experience in combined position of Sales and/or Marketing, and/or Finance, and/or HR. Preferably in FMCG/retail industry
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal capability and influencing skills
· Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.
· A valid driver's license with transportation
· Any experience of living/studying or working in any English-speaking countries for more than a year is a plus.
