Job Position: Production Leader

Purpose of the job position: Maximizing profits and minimizing company losses by managing and coordinating subordinate department.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Approval, supervision and development of the Production Plan and the Employment Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Customer.
2. Presenting the plant during guests and customers visits.
3. Caring for the continuous development of the production process using the Kaizen philosophy.
4. Taking actions for the development and maintenance of Management Systems.
5. Supervision over the correct use and servicing of all machines and devices used in production.
6. Ensure the quality of the final product in accordance with the standards of the customer and SEWS.
7. Building correct relationships and positive motivating the employees.
8. Compliance with the norms, rules and procedures adopted by the Company.
9. Involvement in the continuous improvement of safety aspects, and adopted policy in this area.
10. Defining, formalizing, disseminating action plans, supervising their implementation and auditing their performance.
11. Presentation results/achievement of activities including action plans during periodical meetings.
12. Implementation of storage production media, supervising of its proper use by the production, in order to obtain the necessary indicators to allow a rational work.
13. Detection of problems in the production area, classification in terms of priorities, root cause analysis and finally discussing these problems during meetings with interested departments.
14. Monitoring, measuring and analyzing processes and implementing activities necessary to achieve planned results and continuous improvement of these processes.
15. Identifying of nonconformities causes and taking corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
Competences.
1. Off production / approve of the finished product due to the qualitative reasons.
2. Off production /restart of the production line due to the qualitative reasons.
3. Off production / restart of the production line due to the environmental reasons.
4. The Company’s representation before the external Authorities as regards the environment.
Knowledge and skills.
5.1 Educational background.
Higher education – preferred engineering or technical background.
5.2 Specialistic knowledge.
Knowledge of production, logistics, and technical issues related to the wire harnesses production.
Knowledge of financial issues related to the production plant functioning.
Very good knowledge relating to procedures and objectives of the following systems: Kaizen, Kanban, FIFO, PK, production flow, and company’s material flow, internal system of trainings.
Very good knowledge of management systems and knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 140001, WCM requirements.
Very good knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Training for the people responsible to manage the employees.
Good knowledge of labor legislation to the extend necessary for the personnel management.
Very good knowledge of MS Office.
Particular skills required for the position.
Ability to manage the big teams of employees, knowledge of automotive industry management systems, and production improvement systems (PK, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.). Capacity to analytical thinking and problems solutions, creativity, and strong pursuit for achievement of the goals set. Ability to plan and organize the own work and the work of the subordinate staff. Capacity of the data presentation.
Professional experience – preferred career track.
Have at least 6 years’ experience at managing position, including at least 3 years’ experience at managing position in the production plant, in the operational area.

English – Advanced
