EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, SHELL Upstream Albania is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant To General Manager/Country Chair Albania.

Major responsibilities:



  • Personal Assistant of the General Manager/Country Chair Albania;
  • Manage calendar including managing internal and external appointments;
  • Assist manager in preparation for meetings and engagements;
  • Assist in email management and recognize priorities;
  • Custodian of official correspondence to Albanian (government) institutions, authorizations, etc;
  • Document filing;
  • Event management, event hotel reservations;
  • Administrative Tasks, like Mobile phone cost analysis, expense claims, Managing the Distribution lists, etc.

Requirements / Profile of successful candidate:


  • Education at higher vocational or university level;
  • Fluent in English and Albanian;
  • Flexible individual who can deal well with changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Functions well in a team, with good interpersonal skills, also when you have to say no;
  • Independent thinker and able to place him/herself in the shoes of the GM;
  • Keen to learn and develop her/himself in the business;
  • Confident to engage with senior stakeholders and their assistants;
  • Representative at senior gatherings;
  • Precise, high level of accuracy, creative;
