Hours: Mon – Fri, 9-17

Job Description

Reporting

The position will report to the Team Leader of Data Processing Section.
Your responsibilities

Data preparation

• Structure, arrange, and categorise the information according to instructions and procedures issued by the internal supervisor.
• According to needs, you will format, aggregate, update and store data in an electronic format (Excel file, MS access database)

Data entry

• Entry of pre-prepared data into applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Crosscheck, under supervision, of the entered data.

Your profile

• University degree in business administration and finance, banking, accounting,

Economics, Information Technology, or a related field

• Between 2 to 3 years work experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English (French or Italian is considered an advantage)
• PC literacy in particular MS Office and MS Access
• Highly organized
• Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines.
