on behalf of our Client, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Loyalty Platform Manager.

The position’s Summary: The Loyalty Platform Manager is responsible for setting strategic priorities of the consumer loyalty program, to drive profitable brand growth, consumer loyalty, and client’s engagement. This position will interact directly with business client’s part of the loyalty program to engage them in the program, recommend solutions, analyze consumer data, and support business growth with loyalty marketing campaigns. The position will be required to manage both strategic and tactical execution of the platform and the loyalty marketing program, and drive sales results to the company.

Duties and Responsibility:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stores part loyalty program circuit and focus on engaging them to be more active in the platform.
• Lead the loyalty program in order to drive customer acquisition, development, and retention in collaboration with clients.
• Identifies new and potential Clients, acquires them to be part of loyalty program circuit and at the same time engages them to be active in the platform.
• Presents in a professional way the benefits of the service provided and offers personalized solutions for each Client, guaranteeing maximum quality of service.
• Tracks market movements and takes immediately actions in order to turn them into opportunities for the maintenance and expansion of the Circuit.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business clients and consumers in order to coordinate the effective delivery of loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
• Involved directly in the process of planning, budgeting, monitoring and implementation of loyalty program sales plan.
• Monitors business results and adapts sales strategies, loyalty tactics and loyalty marketing campaigns in collaboration with clients, guaranteeing the achievement of final results and increased sales in the company.
• Manages and leads the account managers on his/her dependency in full compliance with the company's policies aiming to meet or exceed sales objectives at team level and at individual level.
• Engages in the process of identifying and selecting the account managers.
• Engages maximally in the continuous development and motivation of the dependent staff. He/ She may suggest additional training for the staff.
• Guarantees continuous improvement and increase of work productivity for dependent staff and objectively evaluates the performance of dependent staff.
• Should be constantly updated with the latest advancements and developments in technology, especially in terms of communication, loyalty marketing and publicity.

Qualifications:
Education: Master Degree, preferred in Marketing and/or Communication.
Work Experience: 5+ years working experience in sales management and at least 2+ of experience in conception, developing or executing customer loyalty programs.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional work relationships.
• Strong experience with consumer-driven tactics will be a plus.
• Highly organized, with ability to combine strategic direction with hands-on tactical execution.
• Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
