Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Client, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the work of four sales representatives to ensure monthly targets meeting.
Duties and Responsibility:
• Manages and influences team to achieve targets and business results.
• Monitors business results and adapts sales strategies and tactics. Oversees the execution of sales plans. May have direct sales and client responsibilities.
• Hire and develop team members while monitoring progress against goals.
• Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement in his team.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 4+ years working experience in sales and at least 2+ of supervisory experience.
Skills:
• Very good in sales. Ability to lead by example.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Effective communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make oral presentations and to work effectively.
• Team building Skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data. Analytical skills are required.
• Require high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license is require.
