Vacancy Announcement ​

TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a proactive candidate to join Shijak Branch in the following position:

Overall Job Definition

Customer Service is responsible for performing customer-oriented activities as well as banking transactions & inputs in the system (opening/closing of banking account, updates, deposits, funds transfers etc.)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complies with the regulatory framework, whether this arises from rules and directives of the Bank of Albania or from the Bank’s own circulars (banking confidentiality, money laundering, etc.);
  • Performs various banking transactions and inputs in the system;
  • Identifies and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Performs processing of debit cards applications; win-bank applications; payrolls processing, direct debit processing, instant orders processing, TIME Deposit processing, money transfers processing, ATM replenishment and reconciling, “Norcom” system monitoring and processing etc.
  • Archives operational documents of the branch;
  • Refers clients to respective relationship officers (retail or individuals) by identifying the need of the client.
  • Promotes the image of the Bank within his own professional and social circle;


Competencies / Skills:

  • Holds a Bachelor Degree in Economy or other related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in the Banking sector, preferably in similar positions;
  • Very good communication and presentation skills;
  • Be customer oriented;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Very good knowledge in English language in written and spoken;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
