Project Coordination Officer - IT Projects & Development Department
Tasks
Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
Delivers and install technology solutions
Works with other Project Managers, assists in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.
Creates and manages project plans
Monitors and modifies project schedule as assigned.
Maintains document control, database management, tracks project activities and team communication.
Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
Schedules project follow up meetings as needed.
Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders
Manages risk tracking process of own projects and the overall bank projects
Develops and review project status and reports.
Work multiple projects simultaneously
Bring up partnership with stakeholders and sponsors
Qualifications
At least 2 -3 years’ experience in software/system development or system implementation.
Programming experience is an advantage, but candidate should have knowledge software development concepts and
programming languages.
Good Knowledge of complex databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server.
Knowledge on agile development process and tools like Jira, Bitbucket will be an advantage
Able to work in team and willing to put up to team.
Very good command of written and spoken English is essential.
Experience in banking sector is an advantage
A university diploma in one of following branches: Computer engineering, Informatics, Electronic engineering, Computer
Science.
