Position: Key Account Manager Associate

Summary
Key Account Manager Associate will contribute in increasing the assets and liabilities as well as the profitability of the bank through establishing very good relationship with the existing, new customers and other staff of the bank.
Job Description and Responsibilities
– Enforce very good image and reputation of the bank;
– Perform in compliance with the OBA and Bank of Albania regulations;
– Maintain very good relationship with;
– Support the daily work of Key Account Managers (KAM).
– Substitute them in relation with clients and bank staff in absence of KAM;
– Prepare and deliver different reports to the supervisors/managers;
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Albanian sectors and industries, banking market for businesses, business practices and accounting rules & practices
Under directions and supervision of respective KAM:
– To provide services to corporate clients;
– To monitor credit performance and products’ cross-selling for clients in their respective KAM’s portfolio;
– To evaluate and prepare the business application and business financials for approval and ensure proper documentation of credit file with Credit Bureau, etc. under directions and supervision of respective KAM;
– To follow up the credit approval and disbursement process and all other transaction of KAM’s portfolio clients;
– To follow up of the problematic loan of the customer in the respective KAM’s portfolio;
– Act as a reference persons in the Bank keeping contact with Corporate clients of the respective KAM’s portfolio;
– Ensure proper flow and delivery of bank services, such as payment transactions, e-banking, cards, forex for their respective client portfolio.
– Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree; preferable business, finance, economics or MBA;
– More than three years in the Banking Sector, preferable in the Corporate Department;
– Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
– Team player and able to work with minimum of supervision;
– Good command of English language;
– MS office skills;
– Driving license
