Project Title: Delivering Capacity Development Products for Water Supply and Sanitation Utilities in Albania

The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania has received financing for a Grant titled “Delivering Capacity Development Products for Water Supply and Sanitation Utilities in Albania” in the frame of the project Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation services in SEE and intends to apply part of the proceeds for technical services.
In accordance with the grant first objective, in order to strengthen organizational capacities and facilitate more effective customer services and relationship management, SHUKALB is seeking to contract a local IT Company for the provision and support in the process of implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, that integrate SHUKALB’s organizational process related to membership, trainings, events, programs, reporting, marketing and communication. Under this assignment, the local IT Company will be contracted for the period from 05 June, 2020 and will complete the assignment 25 December, 2020. More details about the required services are found in the Terms of Reference ToR document.
The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania now invites eligible local IT companies to send proposals in providing their services. Interested companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services, and must submit general information indicating experience in similar assignments, along with the implementation work plan and pricing/cost proposal. Detailed information on the proposal documents to be provided and the selection criteria are found in the attached ToR.
