Based on the proven experience in the industry and Head Quarters in Tirane the company offers since January 2018, consumer finance and microfinance services to private individuals with the most convenient borrowing process for the customer. Kredo Finance has managed to serve until now more than 160,000 customers and currently operates with 56 branches geographically spread in all Albania cities and around 300 staff. Our team consists of financial, IT, and customer care professionals who are experts in their field.
Mission:Currently, we are looking for a creative, result oriented and business savvy individual who is responsible for developing, implementing and managing best customer service standards and efficient operation processes across all customer channels. As the Chief Operations Officer, you will be working with branch expansion, customer care services, credit evaluation processes, risk management, collection strategy and cost efficiency programs. This position is of noteworthy influence where specific skills, strategies and execution can empower an entire company.

√ Executive Management Team member contributing in key company decision making and development of company strategic plans.
√ Design and implement the organisation loan operations processes, procedures with respective KPIs to ensure customer service, standardised and measurable branch operational rhythm and delivery of products within required speed and quality.
√ Product Development including in depth analysis in credit risk and overall customer satisfaction.
√ Work closely with functional teams across the company to drive growth by developing compelling offers.
√ Contract management and negotiation with all third parties assisting with products and services in the setup of the business starting from construction work in branches up to professionalised consultancy and other procurement.
√ Measure and report performance of all departments under supervision (Branch Network; Customer Service; Risk; Collection; Administration; HR departments) and assess against goals.
√ Identify trends and insights, offering fresh and creative growth strategies.
√ Ready to replace CEO when absent or busy.
Outcomes:
√ Streamline current products and processes and/or launch new business lines/products and ensure all of them are profitable in 12-18 months from now.
√ Grow Sales, Revenues, Loan portfolio by at least 150% YoY in 2020, and 50-100% YoY in 2021 and 2022.
√ By 2020 and onward achieve Net Profits to be at least 10% of consolidated Net loan portfolio of the company.
√ Create internal environment so that Kredo becomes a desired place to work both in HQ and in each respective unit where it operates and promote owners mindset throughout Kredo by strategically using monetary and non-monetary incentives and motivation for people to work in Kredo and share its success.

√ Strong analytical skills and result-driven thinking.

√ Fluency in English.
