We are now looking for a young and diligent professional with and s to join the team as Junior Accountant in Tirana.
Responsibilities:
- Keep daily and accurate recording of the business transactions in the ERP system
- Ensure correct assets bookkeeping and annual inventory
- Support the preparation of VAT protocols and other declarations
- Manage invoicing, cash and bank register, ensuring correct bank reconciliation
- Ensure office supplies as well as timely payment to suppliers
- Keep contact with state and finance authorities and the external accounting service provider
- Support the Chief Accountant in the preparation of financial statements.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance and Accounting (Specialties from the Economy and administrative science Faculty)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role
- Knowledge of General ledger, E-Ledger, E-Invoice, E-Archive principles and processes
- Experience in preparation of financial reports
- Very good understanding of Albanian tax law and practices
- Good written and spoken English
- Team player
- Sense for confidentiality.
