Field Maintenance Senior Specialist /Expert

Purpose of Position

Technical management and also technical support to NOC and regional technicians regarding any Power System Related Issue. Management and quality spare parts.

Main Task

  • Providing power solution for access network, core network and Transmission Network;
  • Prepare RFP, PR for equipment’s, materials and maintenance services as necessary in order to ensure the operation and functionality of the network. Organize periodical O&M W/H inventory, monitor and report the spare parts balance;
  • Documented incident reports, trouble tickets, final solution for problem. Regular and systematic trace of power performance report, individual control of each site abnormal behavior. Preparation of the corresponding reports regarding responsible area;
  • To be available 24h/7d on-call. To be flexible and high response. Perform standby 24/7 in case needed;
  • Maintain safe work environment by following codes, standards and legal regulations;
  • Assist in planning, implementation and commissioning of power supply equipment’s expansions or upgrades;
  • Coordinates tasks, cooperate closely with other teams and support other teams when needed;
  • Provide ongoing operational support in troubleshooting, optimizing, repairing and resolving of mobile network malfunctions, defects and faults;

Skills

  • Very good command of mechanical and electrical hand tools, able to work on heights, good skills of the technical and operational capabilities and implementation procedures. Good understanding of
  • Good Knowledge of MS office applications;
  • Good knowledge of English language;
  • Team Work, Positive Attitude, Solution oriented, and Effective communication skills, Self-motivated. Multitasking, able to work under pressure;

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Telecom/Communications field;

Education

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical;
