- Cloud hosting in two (2) geolocations, 1+1 redundancy
- Virtual Machines on Linux Servers
- CDN (Cloudflare)
- Antivirus (ESET)
- Firewall (SW)
- Help-desk SW (ticketing, resolutions, etc)
- Provide technical assistance via email, phone and remotely
- Perform general troubleshooting by using well known diagnostic tools & techniques
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical related issues
- Analytical and be able to provide quick resolutions and work-around
- Escalate unresolved issues
- Interested in new technical innovations
- Follow-up with resolutions and maintain record keeping
- Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
- Update technical documentation, procedures and configurations
- Suggest improvements on procedures, implementations and technology
- Previous work experience in Network Infrastructure (Technician/Engineer)
- Flexible to provide support when the problem arises
- Graduate of Computer Science or similar relevant field
- Very good knowledge of:
- Cloud environment solutions
- Network, TCP/IP stack
- Linux Servers
- VMs
- Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented and responsible
- Desire to learn more
