Based on the proven experience in the industry and head office in Tirana the company aims to offer consumer finance and microfinance services to private individuals with the most convenient borrowing process for the customer. Our team consists of financial, IT, and customer care professionals who are experts in their field. We are inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager.

MissionSupport business areas with in-depth understanding of software development and Internal MIS Systems, focused on business logic and product development, such as functional requirements preparation and analysis, backlog management, business side approval of MIS software team deliveries. Become the key person on Business side to ensure highest quality and value adding software deliveries as well as supervise the MIS systems maintenance needs.
Outcomes to succeed:1.Within first 8 weeks of employment become well acquainted with company’s software development process, all involved MIS teams as well as fully understand the Internal MIS system functionalities.
2.Starting from third month of employment – fully participate in all MIS development teams meetings representing Business side and ensure any information that is required for MIS team from Business stakeholders or vice versa is noted and followed up in agreed deadlines.
3.Starting from third month of employment – become the sole responsible MIS software support process owner on the business side, managing all incoming business tasks, change requests and bug reports to ensure high quality backlog items for the Development team.
4.Regular activities to be covered within the scope of work for Your position are preparation and management of MIS software requirements from business side, ensuring quality and timely information exchange between business stakeholders and MIS Development teams, user acceptance of MIS Software deliveries and reporting to business stakeholders on development progress and planned deliveries.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • Ability to communicate data results and related conclusions effectively to staff from multiple departments.

  • Ability to accept and follow direction; navigate through ambiguity; manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced & deadline-driven environment;

  • Willingness to accepting ownership and accountability of the process;
  • Ability to quickly learn complex business process and terminology




  • Degree in Computer science, Finance or Business administration is highly desirable;
  • At least 2 years of proven track record as IT or MIS business analyst or product owner, where You have worked either on Business side or IT / MIS development side;
  • Experience in Finance field is desired but not mandatory;
  • Experience with Agile process and principles will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Atlassian Confluence tools will be considered an advantage
